We really enjoyed our stay, especially the cozy room. The food in the lounge was delightful and great value. The Abbey Burger was a standout, paired with exceptional service from Christopher. Multiple quiet seating options made it a perfect retreat for my family, including my two teens.
In my wife’s opinion, parking was tricky during an event, and the bathroom could use a makeover.

I truly loved the lovely location, with easy access to the picturesque Malvern Common just over a kilometer away, and having the Museum of Local History right around the corner added so much charm to my stay. I enjoyed wandering the nearby gardens and quaint streets while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere of this beautiful area.

Luxurious breakfast experience with a variety of options.
No fridge in the room meant fresh milk spoiled quickly.

Our room was spacious with a comfy bed and nice pillows. The view of the Rose Garden was beautiful, making it a perfect spot to relax. It had a fridge and a coffee maker, which I appreciated. The water pressure was a bit low, but it wasn’t a huge deal, given the hotel's age. it was a good experience, and the historical decor added charm.

Comfortable stay with nice staff
We stayed for 1 night in a standard double room. The room was comfy and warm. It’s handy being near the lift. Staff were super helpful, and the food in the restaurant was actually pretty decent. The shower curtain over the bath was a bit sketchy, though. a shower screen would be way safer.
